New Year Menus by Destination

In Chantilly - Festive and refined New Year's menu
A four-act menu to light up your evening, with champagne, optional wine and food pairings and live music (DJ in the bar, saxophone and vocals in the dining room).

Starter: curried scallops, shoyu garlic pickles, potato espuma.
Main course: Fillet of beef with morel mushrooms, potato terrine and oyster mushroom kebab, or Wellington salmon with porcini cream and tarragon.
Cheese: Cromesquis of Morbier, olive confit and apples.
Dessert: Vanilla, raspberry and Menton lemon Vacherin for a fresh, gourmet touch.

À Maintenon - Gourmet New Year's menu

Enjoy a gala dinner with live music and a four-course menu, including a glass of champagne.

Starter: Curried scallops, shoyu garlic pickles, potato espuma, or Duck foie gras and cocoa marble, gingerbread and Menton lemon marmalade.
Main course: Medallion of veal with honey-rosemary mustard, Neufchâtel cream, mashed potatoes, or Fillet of Saint Pierre with seaweed butter, hazelnut and mascarpone risotto.
Cheese (optional): Plate of four cheeses from our giant bell for an extra €12.
Dessert: Roasted pineapple with honey from Provence and rum-raisin ice cream, or pear-chocolate entremet with tangy meringue.

A four-act menu with a welcome cocktail and wine and food pairings, accompanied by an evening hosted by our loyal DJ until around 2am.

In Tours - Festive New Year's Eve menu and dancing
Celebrate the New Year in a festive and convivial musical atmosphere with a four-course dinner, party favours and surprises, accompanied by a DJ.

Starter: salmon tataki in nori, garlic and wasabi mousse, crunchy salad with bean sprouts, or smoked duck breast on parmesan and rosemary shortbread, pan-fried pear and caramel onion confit.
Main course: Fillet of sole with foie gras, roast seasonal vegetables, morel mushroom sauce, or capon supreme, pomme Anna and roast vegetables, fig vinegar sauce.
Cheese: Brick of Sainte Maure with Provence honey, mixed salad.
Dessert: Grand Marnier-glazed soufflé with citrus tuile, or chocolate shell and cream with Montélimar nougat, exotic fruits and espuma.

For young gourmets, a special Gala Menu is available as an option in most of our "A l'Epicerie" destinations, designed to introduce children to the pleasures of festivities in a friendly atmosphere. This menu includes :

Starter: Maki of smoked salmon or scallops (without black pudding) with curry sauce, potato espuma and balsamic gel.
Main course: Fillet of beef with morel cream sauce and potato terrine or vegetarian dish with roast vegetables.
Dessert: Chocolate-banana entremet or fruity sorbet with chocolate speculoos cream.
Price includes a soft drink and adapted portions.
